Real Health for Real Lives provides practical support for teachers involved in PSHE and Citizenship. Based on classroom research, it offers a useful way in and extension to the best-selling Health
for Life series.
The three books in the series cover ages 11-12, 13-14 and 15-16. Each book contains lesson outlines, suggesting approaches to topics and offering a perspective for teachers to follow and then develop
