A technician will go through 5-10 minutes of online and offline tests with you to determine if the problem is with the system or the line.

The technician will then give you advice on the best course of action.
*For Problems related to Nelson Thornes Distance Learning Videoconferencing systems:
Under our maintenance agreement, we arrange for a loan system to be couriered to you for the next day at a predetermined time.

We will then arrange to pick up your system, repair it at our offices and swap it back with you.
