Current Issues...

1. My Just Click client software stopped working after Java update

There have been significant changes with the newest version of Sun Java, namely Java 1.6, and the networking aspect of our Just Click products.

2. Software freezes after NT logo or on intro screen...(Flash Patch)

Explanation: When launching the application, it goes no further than the introduction screen, and appears to freeze there. This is due to a development issue and permissions controlled by Adobe Flash 7 software.

Solution: Download and install the flash patch following the Flash Patch Guide.
