Collisions cause reactions

All substances are made up of particles. These are atoms, molecules or ions. Reactions happen when the particles collide with each other.

Things which make more particles collide will make reactions go faster.

This can happen by:
increasing tempreature
increasing concentration
using smaller bits
using a catalyst
