Carbon dioxide availability

Photosynthesis is the process which makes food for the plant. It is a complex process. It involves many factors.

The rate of photosynthesis is affected by how much carbon dioxide is available.

The more carbon dioxide present, the faster the rate of the process.

If there is lots of carbon dioxide available, lack of light may stop the process going any faster.
