Plant cells
Plants are made up of millions of microscopic parts called
cells. Cells can only be seen using a microscope. Each cell
is a living thing. All of the processes of life go on in cells
All of the living cells on a plant have the same
parts.
Plant cells are different in some ways to cells
in animals.
The cells in different parts of a plant do different
jobs. The cells have special features which help to do
these jobs. They are adaped to carry out different functions.
