Seeing

Without light we can not see. We see things when light enters our eyes.

Some objects give out light. The sun, stars and fires give out light. We see these when light from them enters our eyes.

Most objects do not give out light. Light from other sources hits them. It bounces off. We see these objects when light which has bounced off them enters our eyes.
