Cyberspace Snow and Avalanche Center–CSAC:

A major avalanche resource. Gives details of current snow conditions and snow forecasts, by country (includes Scotland). The Avalanche Education Center section contains an extensive list of educational resources including articles on avalanches, methods of testing snow stability, avalanche danger scales and quizes to test avalanche knowledge. The Downloads section includes posters, danger scales, snow and ice data recording sheets, etc. The Pressroom section contains avalanche statistics, details of seasonal hazards and a glossary of avalanche and snow terminology; plus avalanche incident reports (recent and historical).
