If you have a 'Windows' based computer, download them as one 'zipped' file:

This allows you to save all of the files onto your computer so that you can view them offline. Once you have clicked on this link, choose to save this file to your computer and when it has finished downloading (which may take several minutes, depending on your modem), double-click on the file to open it. In the dialogue box that appears, choose to 'unzip' the files and this will then create a folder called 'casestudy3', which contains all of the files in the Case Study. Click on the 'acknowledge' HTML file within the folder to begin browsing the Case Study.
