Customer Support Advisor – International Team Internal Applicants Only

The International Customer Support team sits within the International Business Unit; its primary focus is to service the International customer base.

You will work closely with Sales Reps, International and BFPO schools, bookshops, educational suppliers and Home Exporters. The role requires you to deal with worldwide customer enquiries via email, telephone and fax. You will be directly responsible for certain territories and the customers within that area, including key accounts.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to anticipate demands and exceed expectations is a must.

Co-ordinator – Systems and Processes

Part time - Maternity cover

We requires a Co-ordinator to provide a high class service to the Customer Support department by supporting the systems within the company and documenting the processes.

You will be required to work 22.5 hours per week, preferably over 5 days.

As this is a key and busy role within the team, an ‘unflappable’ approach is required together with being methodical, well-organised, customer oriented and used to working with systems and processes. Knowledge of Business Objects report writing is desirable.

Human Resources Administrator

£17,500 pa depending on experience

We are looking for a talented individual with exceptional organisational skills to join our busy HR Department. If you’re an excellent administrator, especially within an HR team, this could be the role for you.

You will act as a frontline contact for employee queries providing guidance where appropriate and ensuring that the HR administrative function runs in a co-ordinated and effective way. You will also be responsible for updating the HR/Payroll system, producing accurate statistics and reports and supporting the recruitment and selection process as well as being involved in ad hoc projects.

With experience in a similar role and an understanding of the requirements and implications of working within an HR team the ability to prioritise tasks is crucial. You’ll need to be efficient, highly organised, detail conscious and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and IT skills, especially MS Word and Excel, are a must and a Certificate in Personnel Practice would be an advantage though not essential.

e-Producer
Cheltenham (6 Months fixed term contract)

Salary: Up to £30,000 (pro rata)

We’re looking for dedicated individuals with strong instructional design, project management and advisory skills to drive the specification and development of blended learning products that meet the needs of pupils and teachers. You’ll need to be able to plan, track and schedule the development of e-learning products to ensure on-time delivery.

Working within cross-functional teams, you’ll take a leading role in shaping and developing our electronic products. This role would suit you if you’re an experienced e-producer or if you’ve worked on a portfolio of e-products preferably for the schools market, where instructional design skills have been essential.

The ideal candidate will be educated to at least degree level and demonstrate excellent organisational skills, handling multiple projects and solving complex technical and project management issues. In addition to this you will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the UK education market. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to brief and work with external suppliers, ensuring our electronic products are delivered on time and to budget.
