1. Can students view all annotations I make or can I select which notes and comments I want them to see?:
You can choose which annotations you want your students to see. You can also set up groups to allow different students to see
different annotations – allowing you to differentiate your annotations.

2. How do pupils access the books outside of school?
You can access the book anywhere that you have access to the internet. Pupils simply need the web address (you will get one
unique to your school when you order) and their username and password.

3. Once I have made annotations are these saved year after year?
Yes once they are saved they are there for as long as you subscribe to the product.

4. From a page in a book, is it possible to link to another document?
Currently you can link to anything that is hosted online using the weblink tool.

5. Is the product a one off purchase or an ongoing subscription?
As this is a resource that is hosted online it is a subscription resource.

6. What happens to all of the annotations that a teacher has made when the subscription comes to an end?
In order to continue accessing your kbook you will need to renew your subscription. If you do not renew straight away your
annotations will be saved for 6 months after your subscription period ends.
