David Austen is an experienced accounting author and his work includes Principles of Accounts for CSEC® (a title for the Caribbean) and AQA Accounting AS. Other experiences include:
- Over 30 years’ experience teaching at Brockenhurst College.
- Examining experience as Chief Examiner for GCSE Accounting (SEG now AQA), Chair of Examiners for GCE A Level and examiner for Accounting (Business Diploma Level 2).
- Being an additional inspector for Ofsted specialising in accounting.
With a wealth of experience in education, Christine Gilchrist has been an examiner for a range of boards including AQA, EDI, AAT and the Institute of Credit Management. She is currently an examiner, team leader and reviser. She is also a consultant trainer.
John Underhill is a professional accountant with real experience of financial accounting issues at a practical level. He is experienced in teaching, instructing, coaching, examining, and managing and leading teams. In addition he is currently an examiner and has experience of examining for the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
