Fancy winning £1000 towards your university tuition fees?

Nelson Thornes Distance Learning are pleased to announce the forth annual Student of the Year Award.

The award is open to all Nelson Thornes Distance Learning students who have successfully completed their AS levels, have continued to A2 level and who are continuing to higher education.

The winner will be chosen not on their grades, but their ability to adapt to a new way of learning, and will receive £1,000 toward their University Tuition fees - a fantastic bonus for any undergraduate! Two runners up will receive £50 worth of HMW/Waterstones vouchers.

HOW TO ENTER

Simply complete the entry form below with 500 words on your experience so far, of Nelson Thornes Distance Learning. You can include anything in your entry, but some points to consider could be:

• What skills you have developed

• How you adapted to a new style of learning

• How you coped with the workload

• Why you decided to take a subject through distance learning

• What you have gained personally

CLOSING DATE

All entries must be received no later than 30th April 2008 and judging will take place on 10th September 2008. The winner will be notified by post on 24th September 2008.
